The Mini-Weld Model 7 Airless Plastic Welder is the next generation in plastic welding technology. The temperature control can be taken out of the carrying case for more mobility. It even has a belt clip attached. The Mini-Weld Model 7 Airless Plastic Welder is a complete kit that you can use to repair all kinds of plastic. This welder is NOT some stripped down kit. It's a complete, ready-to-use kit that is jam packed with benefits. Things like an easy-to-understand instructional video lets you learn how to weld in no time. You will be able to weld high-melting-point plastics (like nylon radiator tanks) quickly and easily with the 200 watt ceramic core element. 6012: REPLACEMENT ELEMENT ASSEMBLY FOR MODEL 7 AIRLESS PLASTIC WELDER
This is the replacement element for the Mini-Weld Model 7 Airless Plastic Welder. The cycle tester would turn on the element for 30 minutes, then turn off the element for 30 minutes.
6012-P: CERAMIC ELEMENT WITH US PLUG, 120V, 200W
This is ceramic element assembly that comes with the ATVPRO kit, the KCWPRO kit and other Airless Plastic Welders with a North American plug.
6012-C: CERAMIC CORE ASSEMBLY, 120V
This is the 120 volt ceramic heater core that is part of our 120 volt 6012 series of airless welding elements. These things rarely burn out. However, normally the ceramic will break if the airless welding element is dropped.
6027HT: STANDARD WELDING TIP
Standard plastic welding tip accepts 1/8th inch (3 mm) diameter plastic welding rods. This piece is cast brass with 12/24 threads.
6029: BIGFOOT TIP
The 6029 Bigfoot Tip has a foot that's 95% larger than our original tube tip for faster, easier welding! It has a 1/8th inch (3.2mm) hole to accept all of our "01 " profile (1/8 in. diameter) standard welding rods.

6450: BUMPER BAG PLUS

Bumper Pliers Kit makes it easier for technicians to repair rectangular “slot tabs” and recessed holes often found on bumper covers. These bumper features are designed to clip into brackets on the quarter panels and hold the bumper tightly in place. The tabs are weak and often break when removing the bumper. The Bumper Pliers Kit helps technicians repair these problem areas.
6145: HAND SEAMER, 2"
This hand seamer is a great tool to have when creating tabs using the hot air welder. It helps to flatten out the melted plastic and cause it to "burn in" better to the existing plastic. Not only that, but it acts like a big heat sink to cool the plastic so that you can start grinding and sanding almost immediately.

The gun is designed for the long haul. It's lightweight... only 2-1/2 lbs. (That's over 30% lighter than most conventional models.) You also get and adjustable air intake regulator for variable temperature adjustment. The double jacketed nozzle and shield helps maintain cool exterior temperatures. We recommend that mesh be used when a tear goes to the edge of the plastic. It's made from stainless steel, so it's five times stronger than regular aluminum wire screen.
You can also use the mesh to fabricate tabs, fill holes, and provide reinforcement in any thermoplastic (meltable plastic). Each sheet of mesh is 5 inches (12.7 cm) by 10 inches (25 cm) and there are 10 sheets per pack.
